SHIPPING / CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is marked as fulfilled/shipped, I cannot change or cancel it, so please be very sure of your order/information before placing it!

  • If you made a mistake with your order and it has not been shipped yet, you may request to have it cancelled. Then, you can make another order with the correct items. However, please note that there is a 5% cancellation fee; this amount will be deducted from your total order refund amount.
  • If your order was cancelled, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received.
  • Note: It may take time for you to receive a notification about your refund.

I apologize, but shipped orders are no longer under my control, and I am not responsible for a package after it is shipped/the tracking number has been provided.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

A phone number is required for shipping! To avoid any problems/delay, please don't forget to include it before checking out—thank you!

 

NOTE: Sometimes, USPS marks a package as "delivered" up to 48 hours prior to its arrival. If more than 24 additional hours have passed and your package has still not shown up, you will need to contact USPS directly to file a missing mail search.
