Will my order arrive before Christmas?🎄
When using the cheapest/slowest shipping option:
For U.S. customers: To ensure that your order arrives on time for Christmas, it is recommended that you place your order before December 10th.
For international customers: International orders may take approximately 1-4 weeks / up to 3 months to arrive, so it is recommended that you place your order way ahead of time; roughly 1-2 months ahead of time.
•Please note that COVID-19/other varying conditions may delay delivery times.
Where is the store based?
California (United States).
Which shipping service do you use? How is shipping calculated?
All packages are sent via USPS.
Shipping costs are determined by package weight, size, and your location. Your shipping cost will automatically be calculated during checkout/before your order is finalized.
How long does shipping take?
Orders will be handled within 1-5 business days, followed by the shipping method of your choice!
I try my best to ship orders out as soon as possible! Order processing time is 1-5 business days.
Once shipped, orders within the U.S. may take approximately 1-10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International orders may take approximately 1-4 weeks / up to 3 months to arrive.
Please note that COVID-19/other varying conditions may delay delivery times.
Do you ship internationally (outside the U.S.?)
Yup!
However, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
I am not responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes. All international customers are responsible for paying any custom fees associated with their purchase.
International customers are responsible for checking their package's tracking so that it does not get returned to me due to being neglected at customs. International packages generally make it through customs just fine, but depending on the value of your order/location, it may be held in customs until cleared.
🔴 It is required for you to include your phone number when filling out your shipping information so that your local post office may contact you when it arrives in your country. Also, keep an eye on the tracking number and look for any notices of further required payments.
If your order is returned to me due to being abandoned at customs, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to resend it.
Why is international shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately, I have no control over the high international shipping cost. I am very sorry about this. : >(
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and may check the status of your order! Wahoo!
USPS says my package is delivered, but I don't see it!
Unfortunately, during their delivery route, mailmen sometimes resort to eating 1-2 packages in order to sustain their energy, which is out of my control...

Sometimes, USPS marks a package as "delivered" up to 48 hours prior to its arrival.
If more than 24 additional hours have passed and your package has still not shown up, you will need to contact USPS directly to file a missing mail search.

Can you combine/split orders?
I cannot combine/split orders, but I can cancel your orders for you if they have not been shipped yet. Once cancelled, you can make a new order.
Please be very sure that your order is correct before placing it!

💌 Sticker Mail 💌
What is the Sticker-Only mail shipping option?
Sticker-Only mail is mail that only includes stickers. Please only choose this option if your order contains only stickers and nothing else!
Sticker-Only orders are sent in a stamped/untracked envelope, which reduces the shipping cost. However, you may choose a tracked option (additional cost) during checkout.
Note: When purchasing single or set stickers, the First-Class Mail shipping option will be available during checkout; the Sticker-Only option will also be available during checkout, but in this case, the First-Class Mail option will be cheaper.
Do you offer the Sticker-Only shipping option for international customers?
Sticker-Only mail is limited to U.S. customers, due to USPS not allowing merchandise to be sent internationally through stamped letters. (T T o)
🔍 Pin Grades 🔍
How are pins graded?
•A Grade/Standard: Pins have little to no imperfections and will be free from very obvious flaws; these flaws are mostly only visible up close, under certain light/angles, and may include:
① Minor scratches, scuffs, specks, or dust in enamel or metal
② Minor misaligned screen-printing
③ Minor discoloration or unevenness in metal.
④ Minor underfill/overfill, small bubbles, or tiny dots in enamel or metal
•B Grade: Pins have more noticeable, obvious imperfections compared to GRADE A pins, and therefore, comes at a discounted price.

I pack every order with utmost love and care, and as a small business, I cannot accept refunds/returns/exchanges. Due to this, please be very sure of your order before placing it!
I apologize, but shipped orders are no longer under my control, and I am not responsible for a package after it is shipped/the tracking number has been provided.
While I do not accept refunds, I make the exception for missing items (not lost mail); meaning, you received your order, but an item is missing.
I ask that you please be honest about whether an item is missing. I take a picture of every order/its contents before shipping, so if there is proof that I forgot to add an item, I truly apologize for my mistake and will be sure to fix the problem!
In this case, I will send you a refund for the missing item(s)! -`(^▽' o)
Note: If there is a problem with your order, you have until two weeks after the delivery date to contact me. After two weeks have passed, there is nothing that can be done about your order.

I made a mistake! Can I make changes to/cancel my order?

Once your order is marked as fulfilled/shipped, I cannot change or cancel it, so please be very sure of your order/information before placing it!
- If you made a mistake with your order and it has not been shipped yet, you may request to have it cancelled. Then, you can make another order with the correct items. However, please note that there is a 5% cancellation fee; this amount will be deducted from your total order refund amount.
- If your order was cancelled, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received.
- Note: It may take time for you to receive a notification about your refund.

An item is missing from my order!

🛒 Restocking Items 🛒
Will [item] be restocked/remade?
Items are restocked/remade based on demand. If there is little to no demand, the item will most likely not be remade and remain limited!
What does "Round/Wave" mean?
You might see the phrase "Round [#] / Wave [#]" in my photos or when I talk about my products.
Round refers to a certain collection/batch of items that were released together. Wave refers to the actual release of those items.
For example: IT (Round 1 / Wave 1)
- Round 1 is the entire collection/1st batch of IT items that were released together.
- Wave 1 is the first time those items were released. If I were to re-release them, it would become "Round 1 / Wave 2."
- If I release a 2nd batch/collection of entirely new IT items for the first time, that would be called "Round 2 / Wave 1."
- If I were to re-release only some of the items, it would look something like: IT (Round 1 / Partial Wave 2).
These phrases are entirely for news-related updates/personal organization, but I hope this helped you to understand the meaning behind them! -`d(^▽'o)

Screen/Monitor Color vs. Product Color
I try my best to accurately portray the product's true colors. However, due to various reasons such as screen/monitor color differences, camera model, and photo-lighting conditions, there may be slight color differences from the actual colors of the product(s).
